feat(frontend): show reviewer worker controls

Summary

• add reviewer cards to the session Summary inspector with run/re-run controls and status chips
• allow the center terminal pane to switch to the live reviewer handle and back to the worker terminal
• add focused frontend tests for triggering reviews and opening reviewer terminals

Testing

• npm.cmd run typecheck
• npx.cmd vitest run --config vite.renderer.config.ts src/renderer/components/SessionView.test.tsx src/renderer/components/SessionInspector.test.tsx

Notes

• Branch was created from origin/main in a clean temporary worktree so unrelated local workspace changes are excluded.
