Image Restoration Improved
The SSIM was improved to 90.4% (up 10%) to give virtually indistinguishable restorations
Colour images now support better compression
Compression Ratio Improved
The compression ratio was improved from 0.5 to 0.25 with little reconstruction loss
Model Architecture
Added a better bottleneck layer and residual information
