Summary
Brings the inspector onto current devframe, unblocking downstream fixes/features (including the v0.5.2 hub
dist/packaging fix) and clearing two breaking releases of drift from^0.3.0.The v0.5.0 hub-layer split renamed all public
DevTools/DEVTOOLS_*identifiers toDevframe/DEVFRAME_*to align with the package name — constant values are unchanged, so the on-disk static-build layout (__connection.json,__rpc-dump/) is identical. The v0.4.0 nostics upgrade only affects plugins that consumectx.diagnostics.logger.*, which the inspector doesn't.This PR was created with the help of an agent.
