Zuul encountered a syntax error while parsing its
configuration in the repo ansible/zuul-config on branch master. The
problem was:

The project "ansible-collections/ansible.netcommon" was not found.
All projects referenced within a Zuul configuration must first be
added to the main configuration file by the Zuul administrator.

The problem appears in the the "ansible-collections/ansible.netcommon" project stanza:
