[codex] Expand OpenWebNet support and add sanitized examples

Summary

• expand the custom component with typed OpenWebNet helpers and entities for gateway info, advanced thermoregulation, alarm, audio, radio, video, scenes, lighting management, energy, CEN and CEN Plus
• add sanitized examples for configuration, packages, Lovelace dashboards and Google Assistant exposure so users can reuse the integration patterns without leaking private installation data
• add lightweight parser and example tests plus a GitHub Actions workflow to keep the reusable helper modules covered

Validation

• compiled all Python modules under custom_components/myhome
• parsed custom_components/myhome/services.yaml, the new GitHub workflow and all example YAML files
• ran python -m pytest tests -q with 14 passing tests
