FindUserID had no callers anywhere in the repo, and UserMatch and AmbiguousUserError existed only to serve it. Removing all three so the identity email-substring matching added in #382 has no unreachable consumers left. Also ignores the .claude/worktrees/ directory used for local worktree checkouts.
