Problem
No pigeon character/voice skill template exists in this repo.
Solution
Add
skill-template/SKILL.mdand two compression drafts —SKILL-v2.md(over-compressed, lost concepts) andSKILL-v3.md(balanced, same concepts at 1–3 lines each).Out of scope
Consolidation to one SKILL.md once the right compression level is settled.
