CSPAMS — Centralized School Performance & Monitoring System

For the Schools Division Office (SDO) Santiago City — SMM&E Unit

Core Shift: From tracking individual learners (LRNs) → Institutional Compliance + Student Welfare Risks (identified only by grade level & section).
