Pull Request Description: Add Code of Conduct to eVSD Project
This pull request adds a Code of Conduct to the eVSD project to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful community environment.
The Code of Conduct is based on the widely adopted Contributor Covenant version 2.0, adapted specifically for eVSD’s mission as a decentralized voting platform for students across Serbia.
Key points:
Sets clear expectations for behavior within the community
Provides guidelines on unacceptable behavior and enforcement procedures
Includes contact information for reporting issues (conduct@evsd.rs)
Helps ensure that eVSD remains a safe and supportive space for all contributors
Adding this document supports the growth of a healthy, collaborative, and diverse contributor community, aligned with eVSD’s values of transparency, security, and student empowerment.
