This repo contains the data and the code used for the experiment of my master's thesis. My work involved the analysis of FLIM images with the Phasor approach (more at this link).
FLIM-Phasor files obtained through the software VistaVision by ISS are stored in data/01_raw. New, thresholded and filtered files are then saved in data/02_raw. Final (G,S) values of the centroids are saved in files in the data/03_raw folder, ready to be plotted. A Fluorescein calibration measurement is given as an example dataset.
