Applied cuts to oslo data where I think the 1Gen method might have gone wrong. For the He3 case this was rather clear. He4 has so little data that it's difficult to judge

Before merging one should, amongst others, "clean" up the jupyter notebooks and remove their output. The relevant matrixes are exported anyhow.
