Adds .claude/skills/unclaimed-sol-scanner, a read-only skill for checking reclaimable SOL in Solana wallets through the Unclaimed SOL API.

The skill instructs Claude to:

• disclose that the wallet address will be sent to unclaimedsol.com
• get user confirmation before scanning
• validate the Solana public key format
• run the scan and format the result with exact SOL precision

hey @keeganthomp , thanks for pinging, I will take take this over. @nedim1511 thank you for your pr, it is super helpful, we are currently trying to keep only most active programs in the solclaw, but in the near future we are planning to expand functionality of solclaw to other areas and we will definitely take your proposal into consideration! Thank you once again and I'll let you know when we will be at that point of starting updating functionality
