MacOS

There have been some requests for a MacOS build of tiger. Unfortunately I don't know how to make one.

I'm willing to add the support if someone submits a github workflow for test-building and releasing a MacOS build.

There also needs to be a patch for the "tiger update" command in tiger-bin-shared.
