What changed

replace all em dash characters in tracked IssueSafe content
update the browser title and social metadata
replace the sample selector separator with a colon
keep documentation wording consistent

Why

The current repository and deployed app should avoid em dash punctuation everywhere in their active content.

Validation

npm run format
npm run lint
npm run typecheck
npm run test:coverage (35 tests)
npm run build:demo
confirmed no em dash characters in tracked files or demo-dist
