hugo-theme-bootstrap-demo

This will show you how to build a Bootstrap theme With Hugo.

We will start with a simple Hugo Project and add Bottstrap HTML page, and then add more and more components, until we have a fully functional, personal and responsive website.

You are free to modify, save, share, use or do whatever you want with it:

Quick Start

  1. Add the repository into your Hugo Project repository as a submodule, git submodule add git clone git@github.com:gethugothemes/hugo-demo.git themes/hugo-theme-bootstrap-demo.
  2. Configure your config.toml. You can either use this minimal configuration as a base, or look for a complete explanation about all configurations here. The config.toml inside the exampleSite is also a good reference.
  3. Build your site with hugo serve and see the result at http://localhost:1313/.
