• Resolves duplicate PRs: 🎨 Palette: Improve alt text on profile picture #88 and 🎨 Palette: Improve accessibility of About image alt text #93 attempted the same change with less descriptive alternatives

PR #92: TechTag hover interaction

• Added subtle background color transitions on hover (hover:bg-slate-100 dark:hover:bg-slate-700)
• Added cursor-default to clarify non-interactive nature

PR #94: ContactInfoCard glow effect

• Added glassmorphic hover state with animated gradient blur
• Enhanced shadow depth with theme-aware transitions

PR #89: ProjectCard glow effect (includes sub-PR #90)

• Added animated gradient blur behind ProjectCard images
• Integrated sub-PR Scope ProjectCard glow to image container; add pointer-events-none and aria-hidden #90: Scoped glow element to image container only, preventing mobile button overlay

Merge Strategy

Each PR was:

1. Fetched and checked out independently
2. Built and tested (54 tests, all passing)
3. Merged with --no-ff for clear history
4. Verified on main before proceeding

Merge order prioritized accessibility foundation first, followed by isolated UI enhancements, then complex changes.
