Add getTemplates(), cloneTemplate(), and createTemplate() to RoutineRepository. Exclude templates from getAll() and getAllWithExercises(). Define 6 routine templates (Push/Pull/Leg/Upper/Lower/Full Body). Add idempotent seedRoutineTemplates() function. 10 new tests covering template CRUD and cloning behavior.
Add TemplateCard component with compact horizontal-scroll layout. Add TemplatePreviewModal with exercise list and Use Template button. Update routines screen with Templates section above user routines. Seed routine templates on app init.
