It was a spec/pitch (README + LICENSE only, no working code) for exactly what altmanai-sdk already implements and ships as real, tested code: deterministic SHA-256 hashing, receipt generation (receipt.py), and artifact verification (verify.py), with published JSON schemas.

PAIHI-Portables was a Python-first, schema-first toolkit that would generate and verify portable "impact bundles" around any file (PDF, image, zip, dataset, video, etc.) using deterministic SHA-256 hashing, Save-Receipt JSON, and a machine-checkable manifest.
