Changes package.json stability from stable to experimental so jsii-generated docs agree with the README's Early stage status.

Exactly right — one-line change, matches the acceptance criteria in #30 (package.json stability now agrees with the README's Early-stage status). Thanks for picking this up!

Re-checked after today's toolchain changes on main (ESLint 10 flat config #59, TypeScript 6 #61, husky 9 #60, ten Dependabot merges): no conflict — package.json changed heavily but the stability line itself was untouched, and this PR reports MERGEABLE/CLEAN. Still ready; merge order doesn't matter for this one.
