Couple uncertainties on the custom sonnet price.
Also litellm 1.83.13 will have gpt-5.5 support which we need anyway; maybe we can add that here while we're updating costs? Either via litellm bump or gpt-5.5 custom (if bump breaks something). Else I could make a separate PR for it.
