…ins/asta-preview/skills asta-plugins makes plugins/asta-preview/skills the canonical, hand-edited source (no top-level skills/; make build-plugins only regenerates the core plugins/asta subset). The swap-in-local-skills recipe now points at that canonical tree and edits it directly. Pairs with the asta-plugins canonical-layout PR.
