Hi there, I'm Benny Maisa 👋

The "Bridger" Philosophy

I don't fit into the box of a traditional programmer who crafts systems line-by-line, syntax-by-syntax. Nor do I resonate with the term "AI Coder," which often diminishes the depth of intent, critical thinking, and domain expertise required to build meaningful technology.

Instead, I identify as a Bridger.

"I value the rigor of the process as much as the integrity of the result."

As a Bridger, I stand at the intersection of complex real-world challenges and advanced technological capabilities. My core strength lies in translating vision, structured logic, and specialized domain insights into functional, self-hosted, and production-ready digital ecosystems. I leverage AI as an intellectual multiplier—harnessing its raw computing power to handle boilerplate and syntax, while I retain complete ownership over the architecture, cryptographic integrity, and purpose of the project.

How I Navigate Technology

  • Conceptual Architecture: Focusing on system design, logic flows, offline-first syncing protocols, and how different technologies integrate seamlessly, rather than getting bogged down by boilerplate code.
  • Domain Translation: Bridging the gap between intricate, non-technical fields (such as health sciences, disaster coordination, bioinformatics, and academic research) and execution-ready software logic.
  • Symbiotic Engineering: Using AI not as a shortcut, but as a collaborative tool to accelerate development, allowing me to focus on high-level problem solving, security hardening, and robust infrastructure.

Active Ecosystems (Conceptual Focus)

Rather than maintaining a static list of repositories, I focus my work on three conceptual pillars, utilizing modern, containerized, and lightweight technology stacks.

  1. Health Informatics & Clinical Simulations: Translating clinical workflows, medical guidelines, and public health needs into secure, offline-tolerant systems.

  2. Scientific Methodology & Computational Rigor: Enforcing mathematical exactness, client-side cryptography, and design science research (DSR).

  3. Sovereign Networks & Privacy-First Infrastructure: Orchestrating containerized systems, security hardening, and self-hosted privacy tools.

My Technical Baseline

  • Frameworks & Specs: Next.js (React 19), React Native, Kotlin (Jetpack Compose), Go (Fiber/Gin), Python (Flask).
  • Database & State: PostgreSQL, SQLite (WAL), Redis, IndexedDB (Dexie/RxDB).
  • Infrastructure: Docker Compose, self-hosted servers, automated CI/CD (Forgejo Actions & GitHub Actions), Caddy/Nginx reverse proxy configurations.

Engineering Mentality

Dedication without Distortion—ensuring the technology serves the human intent perfectly. Code without purpose is just noise. Whether managing automated workflows, setting up server labs, or deploying local platforms, my goal is always to build systems that respect user autonomy, data sovereignty, and robust mathematical logic.

Pinned Loading

  1. netpacex netpacex Public

Ultra-lightweight speed test dashboard for home labs. Bypasses DNS ad-blockers to measure true intenet speeds with automated scheduling and interactive history charts. Zero-telemetry & Docker-ready.

    TypeScript

  2. tailscale-vpn-exitnode tailscale-vpn-exitnode Public

A docker-compose setup for creating an encrypted VPN connection using Tailscale and ProtonVPN. It should work with another VPN provider too.
