Fixes the Docker build blocker under pnpm 11.6.0.\n\n- explicitly allow native builds for better-sqlite3 and node-pty\n- explicitly deny sharp and unrs-resolver\n- remove legacy .pnpm-approve-builds\n\nVerified with clean pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, native module requires, and pnpm build.
