docs(readme): restructure Roadmap into honest buckets - #76

The Roadmap had drifted into a mess: delivered items (streaming, discovery, conformance, spec, reference-deploy, Prometheus, npm, native-request-reply) were scattered under In Progress / Planned with [x] checkboxes, and auth sat under In Progress though its mechanism shipped. Re-bucketed, no items dropped: - Delivered (grouped: messaging/transport · agent integration & ops · security & protocol · distribution) — everything actually done. - In Progress (next up) — auth end-to-end daemon wiring, WS deploy examples, always-on-wake repo-shipped version. - Needs a real external partner — federation (2nd org), A2A protocol bridge (real remote agent); mechanisms done, gated on a counterpart. - Research — MLS. README-only.
