DeepSeek V4 thinking mode requires all assistant messages to include the reasoning_content field when any assistant message in the conversation has it. Early assistant messages (from before thinking mode was active, or surviving after compact) have reasoning_content=None which gets excluded by exclude_none=True serialization, causing a 400 error from the API. Also update frontend submodule with workspace file link support.

…istant messages The previous fix only padded reasoning_content when existing messages already had it. But DeepSeek V4 requires the field on ALL assistant messages when using thinking mode, even if no previous message had reasoning_content. Now we detect thinking mode models by model name prefix (deepseek-r1/v4/pro, glm-4/z1) and pad unconditionally.
