- Start from the real task, not the imagined architecture.
- Use AI, scripts, and browser tooling as leverage — then verify with checks, docs, and actual output.
- Keep interfaces plain enough that the next run is easy.
- Prefer small tools people actually use over large systems nobody wants to maintain.
- Publish cleaned examples, not private operating engines.
