ci: add automerge workflow (owner + Renovate PRs, checks-gated)#40

Mirrors the automerge pattern used in ak2k/nix-config: squash-merges owner-authored non-draft PRs and renovate/* PRs once the Check matrix (ubuntu-latest, ubuntu-24.04-arm, macos-14) is green. Adapted to this repo's GitHub-hosted runners and check-run names. Keeps the llm-agents flake.lock supply-chain carve-out (cli-proxy-api cleartext tokens).
