Describe your changes

Adds end-user documentation for Kafka network pricing for eligible Inkless Kafka services.

  • A new Network pricing for Aiven for Apache Kafka® concept page that explains:
    • Compute, storage, and network usage as separate pricing components
    • Ingress and egress measurement
    • Classic topic and Diskless topic traffic differences
    • Why egress and ingress can differ
    • How to view usage in the Aiven Console
    • Cost drivers, cost management guidance, and current limitations
  • Updates to the Inkless service creation page to link to the network pricing page from the cost estimate section.
  • Updates to the Inkless overview billing section to align with the compute, storage, and network usage model.

Looks good! I did find the heading a bit confusing, since the section also covers all cost components, and cost optimization applies to all pricing components as well. I think a clearer title would be:
"Consumption-based pricing for Aiven for Apache Kafka" or smth related with a Network usage as a subcategory

- **Topic type**: Classic topics and Diskless topics have different ingress and
egress rates. For current network pricing rates, see the
[Aiven pricing page](https://aiven.io/pricing).
- **Traffic split**: The share of traffic that uses Classic topics or Diskless topics

Is this covered by the previous point?
It feels added because we have it in our calculator page.


## Limitations

Expensive networking architectures may be flagged as breach of our fair usage policy. In such a case we will contact you to discuss suitable adjustments. This includes but is not limited to inter-regional traffic, to-internet traffic, or excessive inter-az traffic on diskless topics.
