chore(source-asana): add API changelog and deprecations external documentation URLs

What

source-asana's externalDocumentationUrls registered only an API reference, an authentication guide, a rate-limits page, and a status page — no changelog or deprecations entry. Automated API-deprecation monitoring reads these URLs, so runs against Asana surfaced no release-history source to review.

Adds the two missing entries (both verified HTTP 200):

• api_release_history → https://forum.asana.com/c/forum-en/api/api-changelog/204 (Asana's changelog lives in the developer forum, not the docs site — it is documented as the single source of truth for API changes)
• api_deprecations → https://developers.asana.com/docs/deprecations

No existing URL was stale; nothing was removed.

Found while running the API Deprecation Monitoring playbook for the asana API family, requested by Danylo Jablonski (gl_danylo.jablonski@airbyte.io).

How

Appends two entries to externalDocumentationUrls in metadata.yaml. Any metadata.yaml change trips the Connector Version Increment Check, so this also carries a patch bump to 1.7.3 (metadata.yaml, pyproject.toml, and the docs changelog row) even though no connector code changed.
