What

Adds the vendor changelog (https://usepylon.com/changelog) as an api_release_history external documentation URL for source-pylon.

Found while running the API Deprecation Monitoring playbook for the pylon API family (requested by Devin Bot / gl_danylo.jablonski@airbyte.io). Pylon publishes no API-specific changelog or deprecations page, so the product changelog is the only release-notes surface; without it, deprecation checks for this connector have no release-history URL to review. The two existing URLs both return 200, so nothing was removed.

Appends one entry to externalDocumentationUrls in airbyte-integrations/connectors/source-pylon/metadata.yaml. No connector version bump — metadata docs URLs only, matching prior PRs of this kind (e.g. chore(source-github): update stale external documentation URL in metadata).
