fix(install): refresh token plan glm model

Summary

• Update the Token Plan GLM install menu option from glm-5 to glm-5.2 in the shell and PowerShell installers.
• Keep existing glm-5 values recognized during upgrades, but map new menu selections to glm-5.2.
• Update the Windows deployment docs and add a static installer check so the menu does not regress to the stale model ID.
