- Point logo and favicon at /brand/logo.png (favicon.ico did not exist) - Load the player via the YouTube IFrame API to detect when no stream is live, replacing YouTube's "unavailable" screen with a branded message and Watch/Join actions - Lazily load live chat only once a stream is confirmed live to avoid the "Something went wrong" chat panel
