• Summary: High-availability API-key rotation for Agent Zero — health-aware predictive key selection, honors the provider's real retryDelay, rests daily-exhausted keys, escalates gently during 503 outages, and uses ETA-driven sleep instead of burning 429 requests.

The plugin folder contains only index.yaml and a square thumbnail.webp (256×256, ~17.5 KB). Validated locally against scripts/validate_plugin_submission.py (single plugin folder, allowed fields/lengths, tags from TAGS.md, root plugin.yaml name matches the folder, repo URL not already indexed).
