## Which issue does this PR close?
## Rationale for this change
The action buttons on the weather dashboard previously had very similar visual emphasis, which made it difficult to distinguish the primary action from secondary utility actions.
This update improves the visual hierarchy by making the Search button more prominent while reducing the emphasis of secondary controls like geolocation, theme toggle, unit toggle, and AQ-check.
The changes were kept minimal and focused only on button prioritization as requested.
## What changes are included in this PR?
## Are these changes tested?

All existing button functionality remains unchanged.
## Are there any user-facing changes?
