The parcel-transformer-elm library was a temporary fix, we replace it with the official parcel elm transformer.

The parcel-transformer-elm library was a temporary fix, we replace it with the official parcel elm transformer.
This also resolves some security vulnerabilities on libraries that were pinned by the outdated transformer.
