Persists the slide-review findings: bump the version marker to v0.15, add the upstream #1191 credibility beat, upgrade the anomaly bullet to 0.15 AI-explained anomalies, add the new 0.15 checks (lead with geofencing — aviation fit), and make 'the contract compiles into running rules' the visual headline. Includes the slide-number caveat (editor p19 anchor != the DQX-updates slide, which is #14). Co-authored-by: Isaac

Persists the slide-review recommendations into
docs/notes/dqx-slide-14-recommendations.md(durable, not just chat): version marker → v0.15, the #1191 upstream-contribution beat, 0.15 AI-explained anomalies, new 0.15 checks (geofencing leads — aviation fit), and 'the contract compiles into running rules' as the visual headline. Includes the slide-number caveat (editorp19≠ the DQX-updates slide — that's #14).Docs only.
