1).Create google form and share the registration link to the users. 2).Once registration get closed automatic confirmation mail will send to the registered users. 3).Notify registered users before sometimes event gets started. 4).Also send the detail agent to registered users before event starts via automatic mail. 5).Send thank you mail to users after event gets finished. 6).Generate certificate for each users who are all participated and send automatic mail with attached certificate.
