Baseline audit before the Bearshape rename. Local results: uv sync passed; non-CuPy pytest passed with 1033 passed and 4 platform skips; typecheck integration passed with 30 passed; direct pyright, mypy, and ty passed; tox dev passed with 1063 passed, 5 skipped, and 91.28% coverage. CuPy runtime coverage is explicitly deferred because cupy/CUDA is unavailable locally. Known blockers recorded in the ExecPlan: local prek fails on markdownlint/PLANS formatting and auto-modifies files; PR CI spelling fails on npt.NDArray in examples/shapix_tour.ipynb; rename inventory found 1102 Shapix references and no Bearshape references in checked contract artifacts.
