MarkerBuilder 2.0.0 modernizes the project for current Android development.
- Migrates the sample app to Jetpack Compose and Google Maps Compose 8.3.0
- Upgrades the build to AGP 8.13.2, Gradle 8.14.4, Kotlin 2.2.21, and SDK 36
- Rewrites the library module in Kotlin with tested geofence state and geometry logic
- Cleans out legacy IntelliJ metadata and obsolete support-library era resources
