Simple single-file HTML application that takes advantage of Chromium's native HTML5 media player for watching local video files in Chromium browsers. It supports loading videos, SRT/VTT subtitles, playback speed controls up to x4 speed, subtitle timing adjustment, Picture-in-Picture (PiP), and viewing exported comment threads from JSON files.
