The underlying validator (BLS 0x8ca2…cd83…2ed7, control 0x2b5e…cc3F) is being unstaked on zq2-mainnet, so the pool will no longer correspond to a live committee member. Drop the hardcoded entry from stakingPoolsConfig.ts and the now-orphaned logo asset.
Companion to the prior commit that deleted the logo asset. Removes the hardcoded pool entry (control 0x2b5e…cc3F, name "r3to") from the mainnet block of stakingPoolsConfig.ts so the portal no longer shows a pool whose validator was unstaked from the committee.

We can't remove the node from the staking pool because it still has 350 ZIL delegated, which may belong to users
