Computer Science graduate with a strong passion for programming, networking, and IT infrastructure. Currently working as a NOC Officer in the largest data center in Jordan, where I focus on real-time network monitoring, incident handling, and maintaining high availability of critical systems.
I have a solid foundation in networking and security, backed by CCNA-level knowledge and hands-on experience in NOC operations, including MPLS, FTTH, BGP and ticketing systems. I also bring a strong programming background with experience in full-stack web development, allowing me to bridge the gap between infrastructure and software solutions.
My technical journey extends into emerging technologies, including AI & Machine Learning, as well as practical work with CNC, 3D Printing, and CAD systems through international training programs.
Additionally, I have foundational knowledge in cloud computing and Microsoft 365 (MS-900), which complements my understanding of modern IT environments.
I am passionate about continuous learning and aim to grow in network engineering and cybersecurity, while leveraging my programming skills to build efficient, scalable, and innovative solutions.
