Introduces z-score normalized node rendering priority so hover-promoted nodes always render on top without disturbing other nodes' relative order
Adds onHoveredElementChange canvas event (setupHoveredElement.ts) and uses it to fix anchor drag mid-drag hover flicker caused by fast mouse movement
Adds isNode/isEdge helpers to core controls
Renames activate/deactivate → enable/disable on anchor plugin and drag themer; moves them under controls.anchors.lifecycle
