Added a property to the RNARenderer class to account for breaks between sequences (indicated by a "+" sign in the secondary structure in the dot-parens-plus notation). This is set (in setup_tree) to the positions of the "+" characters in the secondary structure, and then those are checked against the ii index within the draw method. If the position matches a break, nothing is drawn.
