• When retagging a path, the specials and movers will be updated as well. Note: seems there is a bug with the undo snapshot not reverting movers so take caution.

• Added an option for retag, for whether you want to exclusively use unused tags, or to force the tid sequence to be congruent, even if that means reusing an existing tid.
