Documents three user-facing features that shipped in v1.2.0 but were missing from (or mis-placed in) the changelog: - XLS-39 Clawback (XRPLF#163) - XLS-70 Credentials (XRPLF#154) - DID (XRPLF#161) — moved from the empty [[Unreleased]] section into [[v1.2.0]] Changelog-only; no code or version changes.
