Summary
Adds a short "Uninstalling" section to README.md documenting the existing
mimo uninstallcommand, which removes the binary, config, cache, data, and the PATH entry added by the installer. Also notes the package-manager uninstall path for npm/pnpm/bun installs.Closes XiaomiMiMo#454
