Summary
Users couldn't find how to disable an MCP server from the TUI. There's already a
/mcpscommand that lists configured MCP servers and lets you toggle each one on/off, but it wasn't mentioned in the README. Adds a one-line pointer to it under Configuration.Closes XiaomiMiMo#420
