Good question. This was the letter casing prior to #50769, so I think we'll go with that. It will change soon enough with the pending Library page updates. |

Reverts the Library navigation screen's description back to what it was prior to #50769.
Why?
Until we land the changes that display patterns, template parts, and reusable blocks on the Library page it could be misleading to reference patterns in this description.
How?
Revert the text back.
