What changed
Adds the reviewable source tree for the existing Symfony Package Radar Blueprint and documents how to rebuild the bundled ZIP.
The Symfony app now depends on the published
wp-php-toolkit/htmlComposer package instead of storing a localcomposer-packages/wordpress-html-apipath package. The bundled ZIP was rebuilt from that source, so it no longer contains the local path package copy.Related Playground docs PR: WordPress/wordpress-playground#3763.
Validation
CHANGED_FILES="$(git diff --name-only origin/trunk...HEAD)" GITHUB_BRANCH=add-symfony-package-radar-blueprint npm run validate:pr-blueprintsAlso verified the rebuilt ZIP has no
composer-packages/orvendor/playground/HTML API copy and that its Composer autoloader exposesWP_HTML_Processor.
